I have feathers! I promise my conure is treated with the best of care :)

But...um...she's small, so there's not that many haha. Point being, you can probably find some on ebay who come from pets. Birds lose many many feathers each season.

That's still not vegan, and I have a friend that has an allergy to feathers, so when something say "vegan" or "plastic" they better damn well be unless a bastard wants to get smacked with a lawsuit.

To the OP, I'm sorry I Don't have any leads. Most feathers that are plastic in my experiences have been animal free. I hope you can find an answer.
