I don't like the Guardian actually, its too left wing for me, I'm a capitalist at heart but an ethical capitalist ;)

P.S. I think banning trans fats would be a better idea than banning butter though!

Yeah I agree. I think the heart surgeon just wanted to keep it simple, I think most of his patients didn't realise just switching from butter to low fat spread can make a real difference to one's cardiovascular risk profile.

I see you have a degree in French! Do you ever post in French? I'm trying to learn.. :)
