If you are mostly sweatshop free, where do you buy most of your clothes and shoes (besides thrift stores)? I'm looking for actual stores, websites, etc

http://www.nosweatapparel.com/ has some stuff, don't know how well they are doing these days though... apparently you can buy a share. i'd definitely support them, since they need it.
considering american apparel's treatment of women, i can't really consider them kosher either. the amount of harassment claims against the founder is obscene.
i thrift most of my stuff. the make is better, anyway.
I recently started to replenish (and feminize) my wardrobe and purge it entirely of non-vegan clothing, and I've been on a quest to find well-fitting jeans and sweaters that aren't made by a horrible company (I've been buying the same cut of jeans from American Eagle Outfitters for years) without resorting to t-shirts and hoodies. I think designer clothing is my best find so far (which is still totally unexpected and weird). It seems like a good deal of "haute couture" is made domestically (it reqires some poking around, though, and I don't want to support a brand that uses leather or fur in its lines
