Monsanto disgusts me. I imagine what they've done makes the soy beans less healthy, but not necessarily all of those benefits listed above and elsewhere will have been removed or counteracted.

I wish I could afford all organic vegetables!

These are all very interesting however the good still doesn't outweigh the fact that soy will turn us all into a bunch of women.

j/k.

I'm gay, so I keep wondering if straight guys who I tell the whole soy isn't evil story, are discounting it because of that. Fortunately there's other ways to convince men that veganism is a good idea:

Cholesterol/saturated fat ->heart disease ->impotence; works wonders. ;)

Hahah. So this weightlifting I've been doing, it grows breasts not muscle? I think I need a bra.

thank you so much for posting this. I work with a lady that, while being completely fine with me being vegan (she's even tried a vegan burger since she met me, and soy yogurt), does like to read all those studies saying that soy makes men grow boobs and gives you cancer and all that jazz. So it'll be nice to be able to give her even more studies showing how good it is, when it's in a more natural state (not all those way to over-processed stuff).

thanks!
