I'm chubby myself and, although this ad doesn't offend me, they could've done something a little classier to get their point across. Yeah sure, statistically vegans and vegetarians weigh less than meat-eaters, but it's not like if you go veg you'll instantly drop a bunch of weight. But that's peta for ya, they go for the shock-value and anything that will bring attention to their agenda.

I have seen plenty of OMG PETA HATE wank over the years of being a member here and from the media. Eventually you realize they are a publicity organization with their goal being to create a stir and get people talking about them in order to raise awareness of vegetarian issues.

It's trolling for vegetarianism.
