Good on Bolivia! The U.S. thinks we're so ahead on everything, yet we constantly get shown up by countries that most U.S. citizens wouldn't be able to find on a map. *sigh*
A few local councils in Australia have decided to ban animal circuses, but nothing at a state or federal level yet. Still, it seems like we may very possibly be the last people to see animals exploited in circuses if things keep going like this. Fingers crossed!
