So Delicious with no seal?

I have kind of a weird question. I bought a tub (a gallon I think?) of So Delicious ice cream and when I got home realized there wasn't any plastic seal on it. Are they always like that? Or should I return it?

the same exact thing happened to me yesterday! i was nervous i'd get some kind of poisoning but i ate nearly the entire thing later on,and i'm feeling fine :)

i think they're starting to put seals on some, but not all of them have it yet.
