Lately I've been having a big problem with..er...bloating. Like I almost ALWAYS feel bloated, or feel that my stomach looks bloated. Are there any foods out there that prevent this sort of thing? It's making my pants feel a tad uncomfortable. =/ Are there any foods that cause bloating? I'm thinking that maybe I'm eating them and not realizing. So I

i thought too much salt causes bloat, but i might have just made that up or something.

If the OP is eating a lot of processed vegan foods, they are most likely getting WAY more sodium than is good for them.

If you don't want to get bloated in the first place, avoid excess carbohydrates.
