I'm not sure I get the "spit roast in the ribcage of a larger cow" part - the other examples are allegorical, such as udder-shoes/leather-shoes, is this?

Is it referring to that thing where sicko "gourmand" humans make a "turducken" by stuffing dead birds (turkey/duck/chicken) inside of each other?

There is a larger version of this which involves putting (iirc) a load of chickens inside a lamb inside a sheep inside a camel. I guess once you accept eating dead creatures as normal you have to then get more extreme for it to be interesting.

The comic is pretty funny, but the comments on the actual website suck for the most part. All the usual "omg, the cows are cute...and tasty!" crap. :/
