Judge: Navy Not Exempt From Sonar Ruling

It'll be embarrassing if the President decides to go for a head-on collision with the judge over this. Not that the man or his coterie of advisors have any shame.

We'll see how this plays out. He could still give the go-ahead, but I wonder how well it would work politically to butt heads like this.
