Peanut butter and fresh leafy greens is really good, too. When I was young I ate peanut butter and (iceberg) lettuce, then I started using spinach, the latest one I've tried is kale. Some kale is a little bitter for it, however.

On a side note, when I was young, my mom used to eat peanut butter and syrup together with a spoon. Of course, most (at least in the US) syrup is just corn syrup and not actually real maple syrup, this isn't all that healthy. A better alternative I discovered the other day in a moment of nostalgia is peanut butter and agave nectar.

Not sure whether maple syrup or agave nectar is better for you, I'd assume the latter would be.
