Lemongrass (Vietnamese) 3161 S Grand Blvd St. Louis, MO 63118
The sesame tofu there is vegan and completely delicious. They have lots of veggie options, but the sesame tofu is a must.
There aren't any fully vegan restaurants in St. Louis except one (Eternity) that's missing in action while finding a new location.
Sorry I can't help more. I'm kind of at a loss. I typically go to the same few Thai, Vietnamese, and Falafel joints the rare times I can afford to go out, but if you go to Lemongrass let me know how you like it! :)
Also a great Thai place called the King and I right across the side street from Lemongrass if that's more your style.
http://start.enviroweb.org/Restaurants.htm has a list of all the veg friendly restaurants compiled by START (st. louis animal rights team). Obviously some would have more choices than others, but if you have a way to access that page it might help.
Shangri-La is a very cute retro diner with a lot of vegan options which are all clearly marked on the menu. I had the french toast, and it was excellent. However, I also had a vegan cupcake, which was not that great. The atmosphere is a lot of fun, in any case. Here are the Happy Cow reviews.
A friend of mine who works near Eternity said there was a sign on the door asking for anyone to call if they new of a good new location for them or some such. I think I need to call there soon and clear up whether they are open or not or where they will be located because it's such a great place and it's nice to have at least 1 fully vegan restaurant here in St. Louis. (but I just called the number listed above and it's no longer a working number. boo.)
I'm going to have to check out the O.R. Juice and Smoothie joint you posted though.
