Where...

Where in a supermarket is brown rice syrup located? I couldn't find it tonight. Or is it one of those things that are only at natural food stores? I also couldn't find powdered soy milk, is that another specialty that wouldn't be in a regular supermarket?

Thanks

I guess it depends on your grocery store.

I can find that stuff at my local farmers market (there are big indoor sections with lots of stores), and at my super market (in the "health food" section.

In the small grocery up the street... I can't even find rice milk (though, they do have soy milk, to their credit, and yves veggie stuff. It's not all bad!).

I know, it's lame. I'm actually going to this awesome asian grocery store after class tomorrow and getting a 20lber of brown rice. XD

They have it at Whole Foods, though I remember it was hard to find. Check in the macrobiotic foods aisle, or in syrups, next to the molasses and whatnot.
