Aw man you really made me wanna fly to Salt Lake City instead of Maine next week haha (: Sounds really rad, I'd love to eat at a place like that anytime, not just at an airport.

salt lake has amazing vegan restaurants! ive only been to sages, the bridge, and some vegan pizza place (estes?)...but it was all pretty good and not overly-priced like most vegan/veg/organic places.

sgdhjdf that sounds awesomeee. I've only been to one vegan place in my life, and even that got closed down soon after haha.

it makes me so sad when that kind of stuff happens. the places ive been to in slc though are always packed. its an awesome town but i dont like the community so much.

Some airports require restaurants to use only plastic utensils, especially if the restaurants are located after you go through security. Wasteful, but it's a safety precaution.
