1. Which vitamin is it that I am possibly missing if I am bruising easily and sometimes without explanation?
2. What foods will, if scarfed in plentiful amounts, load me full of this vitamin?

One has to really be trying to be deficient in vitamin C these days, it seems to be in everything. :P

Some people these days really don't eat fruit though. I knew one girl who was 15 or 16 who got severe scurvy..so it can happen. But i'm pretty sure we're all safe. ha

Bruising can also be a sign of anaemia. I had bruising until I mentioned it to a friend who has a degree in nutrition. He said to take some B-complex supplements, and I've been fine ever since.

B complex helped me. !! i bruise easily as well. its pretty funny when someone just grabs my arm and I have a full on bruise handprint.
