Hello, I'm new.
I've been a vegan for about a week and a half now [but I have been a vegetarian for 11 years] and I have a couple questions:
1) What are some good sources of calcium?
2)What is a nice girly soap I can buy at the grocery store that is cruelty free?
Sorry if either of these questions have been run into the ground.
Thanks.

I originally had it recommended to me to use on my dog who's got SUPER sensitive skin (the non-scented baby mild one works great for her). I started washing my hands, my face, everything with it and now I'm totally in love and I got my family to fall for it too! My favorite to use is the peppermint for my face. :)

if you have any kind of "whole foods" or health-food store near you those are good places to find cruelty-free personal care products.
clearly natural (i use this one the most)
kiss my face (this is a pretty common brand at alot of stores)
bee and flower soap (this stuff smells wonderful)
