You had plenty of vegetables on the side though, right? Otherwise that's not a very healthy meal!

You questioned my eating habits actually. I didn't care to put up a picture of broccoli or any other steamed vegetable I may have eaten since everyone knows how to prepare them and that wasn’t my main objective of my post.

Whether you eat animals or don’t there are always comfort foods and I don’t feel the need to prove vegans eat a healthy, well balanced meal every time with a post of a good recipe I have.

mmmmmmm, how is that? I haven't been able to find a really good mac and cheese recepie yet. I tried making some on my own, but the cheese just gets weird after awhile.

It was really good. It reminded me of the frozen dinner macaroni & cheese so it's really creamy at first and if you let it sit around a little bit it gets kind of stickyish but I'm not too keen on cold food so I like it hot and creamy.
