Tomorrow is my Dad's bday. .. and i'm so upset, cause my sister and my mom are going to make a cake tonight for him... BUT I WANT CAKE TOOOOO.. gosh. I know of some Vegan cake recipes, but anyone have any yummmmyyyyy yummmmmmmmmmmy ones i can make for myself? :)

ohhh, lucky you. i went such a long time with out trying to make cake. i think im making one saturday for my grandpa for fathers day. but im going the lazy way and using a vegan box mix.

Make a small batch of blueberry muffins during the party. Everyone will be smell that great aroma. Then eat them in front of everybody (especially your mom and sis if they arent cooperating with your diet). If someone asks if they can have one, say no, and continue eating in front of them.
Yea, its a different story now that the tables have turned on the majority.

Vegan Boxed Cake Mix

At both the Stop and Shop and the Marketbasket near me they have a vegan boxed cake mix made by a brand called Cherrybrook Kitchen. They make yellow cake mix, and chocolate cake mix- along with pancake mix, chocolate chip cookie mix, sugar cookie mix, chocolate frosting mix,and vanilla frosting mix. ALL of which are vegan and VERY good. Just look in the natural food section!
