looking at the recipe, I'd assume egg replacer equivalent to 3 eggs.

guuuuh *melts in fits of yumminess* You know, I'd always wondered if there was a Belgian waffle recipe out there~ YAAAAY!!!!! Thank you SO much for posting this, I ADORE making yummy breakfast! Now all I need is whipped cream that's actually fluffy... the only one I can make is all runny =_<

try whipping about 1/4 teaspoon agar flakes melted in 1/4 cup soy milk (or whatever milk sub. you use) and blenderizing it with the fake whipped cream.

experiment with more agar if that doesn't work. i use the soy milk whipped cream from How It All Vegan with the little agar+milk addition and it's great.

i just made these for breakfast this morning, and so so soooo good.
only difference was i used almond extract instead of thre vanilla cuz we ran out :(
soooooo goood!!!
