I came up with this recipe recently when trying to use up all the goodies from my CSA shipment. This one was my hubby's favorite for the Kale.

Wow! Pillsbury Crescent roll dough is vegan? I would have never guessed it, so I would have never even read the package. Good to know.

It surprised me too. Veg News has a regular feature in their magazine called, 'I can't believe it's vegan' and I saw it appear in there some months ago. It's only the regular and, I think, the reduced fat Crescent roll dough though, none of the other flavors/varieties.
It's been great fun being able to make vegan 'pigs' in a blanket for the family though using the crescents and Yves Good Dogs.
