Have I successfully veganized the "most dangerous cake recipe in the world"?

I should preface this by saying that I am a walking stereotype sometimes. For about two weeks every month -the one before my period and the one of- I need chocolate and caffeine. God. I'm sure that cake is yummy, but it does scream "I've just been dumped" XD

All I've noticed with the mighty mighty mug cake is if you put fun stuff inside it, like chocolate chips/nuts they have a habit of sinking to the bottom and covering themselves in goo, thus spoiling the cakeness of the mug cake. I mean, this isn't a problem for me, I love the goo, but it's just annoying that no matter how well I try to mix, I always get the goo.

BAH I wish we had a microwave! I miss mug cake so much!

yes, bananas should work, as should applesauce. prunes, mashed, do too, but not around your period, unless you need help in that department!

I often use applesauce in place of eggs...about 1/4 cup for each egg. It seems to work pretty well.

I feel like I could have written most of the first paragraph, lol.

silken tofu is also a perfect egg replacer, but I only love it in baked cakes/quiches etc, idk about mug cake
