there isnt any need for oil in this recipe
makes enough for 4 people or 4 dinners for 1 person!

the smaller the squash pieces the quicker it will cook, however because it is the bulk of this meal, dont make them too small or youll think youre eating a stew or something!
the coconut milk is basically 1 regular size can
squash - 3 or 4 handfuls? really its up to you!
normally green beans come in small packs of 200g, but depending on how much you like them, you can put more or less. really its a recipe of preferances :]
oh! make sure to add the milk THEN the paste as otherwise you will smoke yourself out o f the kitchen in a fit of coughing [can you tell ive already made this mistake? lol]
