Really delicious buttercream frosting

I just tried this recipe for frosting, and it's delicious! It's almost like whipped cream! I put it on chocolate cupcakes

which kind of milk did you use? (they all are slightly different, and would probably give mixed results)

and did you use EB sticks or tub? thanks!

I used soy milk and nuttelex, an Australian vegan margarine. =)

Is this powdered or granulated sugar?

Granulated. It dissolved completely, not grainy at all. :)
