I made some potato farl tonight because we have somanyfucking potatoes to be used up.
And I documented it for funsies!

this is what you do when you have too many potatoes )

They serve it at Fox and Goose here in Sacramento and it is amazing on the country potatoes that come with the curry tofu scramble and tempeh strips.

i do not have potatoes... but i do have a ridic amount of pumpkin to get through... maybe i could make this with pumpkin :]
