do you have any ideas for how to make this in a dorm-style setting? we don't have a blender/processor, and buying one isn't an option. (woo! cheap grad students.) i know in india/the us it's possible to buy besan = chickpea flour, but i live in denmark, now, and haven't seen it here. i haven't even seen vital wheat gluten here.
if you want to make this you can do all the grinding/food processing using a mortar and pestle. just get ready for a work out. maybe do some stretches/warm-ups before hand. :)
