Those look yummy! I would encourage you, though, to try to make some of these elements from scratch. It is a lot easier than it seems (I avoided it for years) to make pizza dough from scratch, and it is way way cheaper than buying a pre-fab crust. Also, as much as I love gimme lean, tempeh sausage crumbles are the way to go! Similar idea, just crumble up tempeh, boil it for a few minutes, drain the water off, then add tamari, olive oil, lemon juice, a splash of balsamic, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, fennel, oregano, and scramble it all together, to taste, til it's done. Also cheaper, and less processed so way easier to digest. Just a few tips! :)

I love your idea of posting "normal" meal ideas. People always seem surprised when I tell them what I eat and it's not always extravagent or made with tons of ingredients. Would you mind if I added you?

Pizza looks delicious, btw.
