fluffy buttercream

anyone have a good, fluffy, vanilla buttercream icing recipe? I've only made the one from vctow.. I used to like it but for some reason I don't like it as much anymore.

they should actually :( but it's pretty basic; just a vegan version of regular buttercream where you swap butter for earth balance or another vegan margarine

have you tried using a shortening/coconut milk base as opposed to an earth balance one? it's a nice change of pace imo
