Otherwise give follow your heart monterrey jack a try if you haven't and you're willing. I don't like the mozzarella much and the cheddar is icky, but for some reason the jack is my favorite vegan cheeze --- melty and salty and pretty good. even better than teese (though chicago soy dairy is awesome. <3)

This stuff rocks my socks. I use it on baked potatoes, pasta, roasted veggies, in grilled cheese sandwiches, etc. etc.
