Everyone is obsessed with the red velvet cake at my job and I veganized it. The taste is essentially the same thing and the eggs aren't even missed! I'm still working on the frosting.
but I think it's more fun to adjust your own recipes to fit your needs (most of the time) :D
i don' thave the VCTOTW book I've been wanting to buy it but I just don't have the money right now. otherwise i'd totally use that recipe because i've heard gerat things!
