Hummus

Does anyone have any ideas on what to with about 2-3 cups of roasted red pepper hummus that goes bad tomorrow? My mom bought me a huge container of Sabra hummus at Costco and I can never use it fast enough. I don't want to waste it.

oooh i love sabra.

uhm, you could put it on a pizza? hummus pizza is my favorite. it comes out best when you make it yourself. just use hummus instead of cheese and load it up with garlic and roasted veggies.
