Ooh, this is so my husband's kind if dish. I have never even heard of this before. YUM.

Also, I don't even know how you managed to read through that Flickr recipe. I looked at it, and had to close the window.

It's ridiculous isn't it? The picture just looked so good that I was determined to decipher it. I've made this a dozen times now, so I'm happy that I stuck with it and interpreted that mess.

Great recipe, I made a vegan cassoulet once and it was nice but a little lack luster. I'm going to have to try this.

What makes this great is the tang of the balsamic and tomatoes with the smokiness of the tempeh and liquid smoke. It's become a favourite around here.
