Christmas Menu

I have been searching for an interesting Christmas menu and I haven't had much luck.
Are there any favorite and delicious dishes that anyone has cooked or seen that may be of help?

The (UK) Vegetarian Society website has some really great resources, including Christmas menus to fit a number of different themes. I usually end up picking my Christmas dinner from this website: http://www.vegsoc.org/cordonvert/recipes/christmas.html (Note: it's not entirely vegan, but at least half of it seems to either be egg- and dairy-free, or with advice on how to substitute the ingredients).
