Sundaes

So it's my birthday next week and I really want to make sundaes with my friends. I will be buying the "ice cream", but I don't really know what to put on top besides the whipped stuff and syrup. Does anyone have any original ideas?

-strawberry-balsamic vinegar reduction
-blueberry-cream "cheese" sauce
