so i've just started wanting to cook with fresh ginger, and i was just wondering, what do you grate it with? like, a cheese-type grater? or can you chop it with a knife, or use a garlic press? how does it work best? thanks!
The one I use was a gift - but I'm sure a quick Google search will turn up tons of options. I think I've even seen them at Target in the cooking section.
