OMG, OMG

Thank you! Just what I needed to start planning for warmer weather meals. :) And speaking of which, any suggestions for what to put in a dinner salad using this dressing, or whether it would work in other salads besides lettuce (i.e. quinoa or bean salads?) Or maybe on wraps or something? How do you use it?

We had lettuce, a can of black beans, thawed frozen corn, a hothouse tomato, avocado, green onions, sliced olives, tofu sour cream and blue corn chips.

This sounds great! Any suggestions on what to use instead of pumpkin seeds? I can never find them in my area.
