cooked oatmeal?

Hey Vegans and folks who like Vegan food,

What do you like to do with cooked oatmeal. I really don't want to do a re-heat and eat... let's get creative!

Mix in some melted Earth Balance, some more dry oats, pat it into cakes and bake them into bannocks? Not the usual method, but it should work.

In the morning I love to eat cooked oatmeal with walnuts and honey. If you haven't tried it, do--it's amazing.

Edit: sorry, I choose to eat honey, but I realize most people here don't. Sorry. I imagine it would be equally good with agave or another sweetner; the point is the nuts.

I like taking oatmeal, that I cook with water not milk, and add cooked frozen spinach. Then some salt, pepper, and sometimes a little extra virgin olive oil. It's really good, and it keeps you full.
