raw/vegan workshop

raw food suggestions for an outdoor workshop this weekend? we just need something easy and inexpensive. i was thinking about stuffed bell peppers, maybe? lettuce wraps?

what about swiss chard rolls? ani phyo makes them with a dill, pine nut and sun-dried tomato filling. You could change the filling, but swiss chard is great to use as a wrap

I think lettuce wraps (or swiss chard wraps as suggested) are a great idea. They're delicious, super-easy and fun and people could customize them with different fillings. It's like a raw foods version of taco night. I think that's an especially good idea if this workshop is aimed at beginners.

different types of salads maybe?

Will you have a blender available or is this workshop away from powercords totally? If you have a blender handy, maybe a green smoothie or raw soup?

im pretty sure we're avoiding using power.. which makes it a bit harder. but now im totally making a spinach smoothie today
