PS: "hand pies"?? I think I actually like that better than what we in Australia (and in the UK I would think) call them, which is "pasties".

Here are the sausages. As far as I can tell, they're soy free (they're gluten based).

crazy ive been making variations of this all week! they are so amazing and yummy! we have been calling them puffs. haha
