coconut cream

I just bought a can of coconutcream because I hadn't seen it before. Any good ideas as to what to do with it? I usually only really use coconut milk for curry, but coconut cream sounds a bit rich for that.

Pina coladas...Or some recipes for mango with sticky rice use coconut cream.

you can chill it and whip it up into a really good faux whipped cream.
