Under the cut are some healthy options for a dinner party. The chocolate cake is a modified version of the lentil spice cake submitted by webtar in February of last year to vegancooking.

My girlfriend is always mocking me over my lentil obsession... I didn't know you could put lentils in cakes, that's awesome!

What kind of lentils did you use? I'm guessing red but I have all kinds in my house, heh!

I used brown lentils but the original spice cake recipe called for red and I think it'd be just as good.
