Oh this is so great! Thanks! I have often wondered about fruit, veg I know, but fruit is such a hit and miss for me. Now I know when I go to get my fruits ^_^

great advice!! i definitely learned a few things here, and i used to work in a grocery store.

to add on the pineapples bit, after you have one at home, you can tell it's ripe if you can pick the pointy spokes on top (sorry don't know the proper term) out from the center with ease =)

the best produce isn't IN the produce section of the grocery store... the best produce is at your local farmer's market! ;)
