I love pierogies so much!!! I know what I'm having for lunch! When you freeze them, do you freeze them before or after you boil them?

Before you boil them. They'll thaw quickly in the water. You should freeze them in a single layer on a baking sheet, then transfer them to a plastic bag when they're fully frozen. Try to stack them on top of each other and they will stick together. :(

They look so yum! When you say fry, do you drop them in oil like french fries of kinda sautee them on each side? I so want to make these tonight. I'm going to do broccoli ones and mushroom and artichoke ones.

I've deep friend perogies before and they were really yummy! They were mini, bite-sized ones though...about half the size of regular so I don't know how well the big ones would be.
