This is a great chocolate/candy recipe. I have shared it with many, many non-vegans who have all loved it, including those who have no clue what wheat gluten/seitan is.

all i can think is "chocolate steak". haha. i'm sorry. it sounds really interesting and i bet it is good. but weird-seeming. did you just invent this or what?

actually, its a slightly modified recipe from a wheat gluten cookbook from 1974. i don't really think of it as weird, but then again, i don't think of "steak" when i eat seitan, i think more of flour. but, well, to each his own.

This recipe kinda reminds me of this stuff. Yum!
