Unfortunately you'd need to remove something from chocolate to get white chocolate. White chocolate is just cocoa butter + dairy + vanilla whereas chocolate is cocoa butter + vanilla + cocoa solids (+ dairy if applicable).

I would try popping said chocolate in the top of a double boiler with a mixture of coconut oil, vegan margerine, and a little bit of soy milk or soy creamer. It's the fat that lets the milk into the chocolate without ruining the consistency and taste.

...but I haven't actually *tried* this so check out other opinions first. I've been meaning to though!

(first off - i think i know you from DA, or through friend of a friend.. or something. but i do remember your artwork, and I like it a lot. :B )

Anyway, I haven't yet been successful in making soy milk chocolate, but do take a look at this:

I've had these, and I lovvee them. It has a really interesting texture, and is rather creamy. Maybe give it shot?

if you melt chocolate and add soymilk, you'll get ganache. it tastes scrumpy, but it is not solid and crunchy the way chocolate is.
