A pasta machine comes in very handy for rolling the dough. That is what my family (and family friends) use. It is much, much faster than rolling it out by hand.

As well, if you don't have a cookie cutter, a glass with a wide rim work well.

Wee! I love Pierogis! When I have time and am feeling better I am so going to make some of these.

Question: Do you know how well these freeze? I'm thinking when I make them making a whole bunch and freeze whatever we don't eat.

I was just driving by the BBT not half an hour ago, and thinking mmm... I should make some pierogies, I have to look up a recipe. Thanks for reading my mind.
