My Dutch fiance taught me how to make these a few months ago when he was here, and I kind of forgot about them until this morning when I went to go make breakfast. I just thought I'd share the recipe. :) I haven't any pictures, but take my word for it, they look quite tasty! Recipe under the cut. :)

I know, it's bloody near impossible to find a recipe for something that doesn't include 238475386 eggs. No exageration. O:)

Would a banana work as the egg substitute? I've heard 1/2 banana=1 egg but I don't know if it varies according to recipe

I've never tried it, though I can't see why it wouldn't work and it would probably be quite tasty. :)

I've used banana in British pancakes, and it's worked well - it won't work well if you're looking for savoury, though, as the banana flavour really will come through.
