ive never used vegan whipped cream, but i think at least with the dairy version, you have to hold the can upside down?

Is there any way to re-charge it? because it sounds like it might be out of gas. If so, you can get more gas in it at a Second Cup or Starbucks as long as they're not jerks.

Another problem may be that it has all settled and seperated the gas from the whip. You're just going to have to shake it SUPER hard.

what if you return to the store? i think they'd exchange the can for a new one. it's not like you broke the thing by yourself or used it all and now wants free whipped cream... there's something wrong with the can you bought.

i agree with this. my experience with wholefoods and "accidents" have been pretty nice. once i purchased earth balance sticks that weren't vegan (when they first came out), and wholefoods took them back when i explained my stupidity.

I have emailed the store (they are in seattle, i'm in Chicago) and they do seem pretty nice. I think they might send me a new one if I can't fix it.

oh, good luck with that!

the chicago wholefoods isn't carrying them?
(at least that way you can get your soyatoo fix without having to wait for shipping. but of course that means you'll have to consume 2 cans of the stuff once you get the second one. :-) oh no!)
