when making blueberry muffins, roll the blueberries in a mix of flour and sugar to coat before you add them to the muffin mix. This will keep the blue from "running" into the batter. Makes 'em all pretty!

what a great baking tip! Do you rise the temp *right* before you put them in, or wait a few mins and put your bread in?

It depends when I remember. :o) Usually a minute or two before.
