Well, techincally dinner last night, but by the time I was finished cooking, there was way more than I could eat.

"Cheesey comestibles" just seemed easier than "whatever soy/rice/almond/other thing you want to use, or, you know, cheese."

And yeah - ever since I was in Costa Rica, I've got this bananas everywhere thing - with beans, with peppers, with anything savory, salty, sour, or bland.

Yeah, it occurred to me at lunch that this was definitely a "take Beano or something beforehand" dish. I usually assume it for almost anything I eat, but this especially is a gassy dish.

So, I have a feeling that all vegans have this little problem with gas, although most don't like to talk abou it. But what exactly is in Beano? Things that aren't super natural scare me (i.e., I'd rather have gas).
