Wheat Biscuits

Hello, I just wanted to thank you for posting your biscuit recipe. I Just made my own flour (hard red winter wheat) in my vita-mix, and I did substitute real butter as I try to avoid margarine. But the resulting biscuit was very tasty, the fresh oregano adding a nice flavor. I had a craving for something good that was good for me as well, and this filled the bill. Thanks again.
